New iPad vs iPad 2 heat test – how hot does it get? We’ve heard reports and rumours about temperature issues with the new iPad — with some saying that Apple’s third generation tablet computer can heat up to a scorching 46 degrees Celsius (116 Farenheit). Although Apple reckons the temperature issue isn’t really an issue at all, TechRadar has investigated the heat complaints with the new iPad and has put together a short video showing how much hotter the new iPad gets in comparision with the iPad 2 after 30 minutes of gaming.
