    @Juanah92 I have my old Iphone 3gs and the 4s. Their both under my itunes account and every time i download something on my 3gs it automatically pops up on my 4s. Pretty sure its because of icloud. Just set it up and it should work.

    @Juanah92 dont think so try transferring the apps from the ipod on itunes by pressing file then sync your 4S
