Apple 13″ Macbook Pro Video Review – HotHardware

The 13″ Macbook Pro also features a LED-backlit screen with a higher color gamut than most notebooks, a backlit keyboard, and a 7 hour battery that actually lasts about 7 hours, which reaffirms Apple’s reputation of advertising realistic battery life claims. A number of other features like a built in iSight webcam, a Superdrive (CD reader and writer), a Magsafe power adapter and for the first time for Apple a built in SD card reader–all in a package that’s about 4.5 pounds–make this one heck of an attractive little notebook. The one we tested was the lower end model equipped with a 2.26GHz Intel Core 2 Duo processor with 1066MHz frontside bus and 4GB (two 2GB SO-DIMMs) of 1066MHz DDR3 memory.

    @Horns1091 well the 15″ and 17″ just got updated, but as for 13″ i haven’t heard any rumors, but i think an i3 processor would be ideal for that size

    @Seanlwq Keyboard light up on pro, and you get a better looking Notebook as the pro.. the specs are pretty much the same on both it’s just that, in my opinion, the pro seems like it would last longer

    Im deciding between the white macbook 13 and the macbook pro 13inch. The only difference between the two is the 2gb ram. Am i right? is there anything else?
